I explain you how it works.
With this watch, the information is not displayed at once like any other watch. You have to press the crown to read the hours, than to read the minutes, then to read the power reserve.
Let's take an example:

We are between 4 and 5 o'clock. If I want to know the minutes, I press once the crown. The right minutes figures will be positioned in front of the main indicator which will become a M "one" instead of the current "H" one. Press again and the "M" indicator will become a "R" one and the power reserve will be displayed.
