The only reason for me to suggest using "German silver"
is because it looks better after polishing. Its shining seems to be more "expensive"....haha....you know what I mean.
I insist on a plain Meissen dial for a daily dress watch but I promise i will not wear it for boxing and golfing, so the porcelain dial should be safe.
Got your email but not yet respond to you as I am still fighting for a few days break for me to Basel! I really wanna go this year, but tons of things pile up on my desk. Hopefully to write to you and Rene in two weeks.

I would like to see a new very clean Glashutte Original with large date at 6 o'clock, and with reserve de marche and moonphase, in a hand-wound movement that is based on GO's caliber 100. Is that too much to ask? -Dean
