Some good, some bad...
I probably posted something similar before. If so, bear with me. I am unsure of which version I prefer - this is both good and bad news. In a positive light, as a current owner, this means that I would be a potential customer if I did not own the old version. - Things I prefer in the new version: (1) the more elegant time subdial; (2) luminous material on the hour and minute hands; (3) more legible markings on the totalizer.
- Things I prefer in the old version: (1) less empty space between the date / totalizer and the right edge of the dial, echoing Christopher's sentiments.

I'm still not sure whether I prefer the old-style Pano's with the thicker bezel ring - it looks a bit more rugged and purposeful. Since I'm in the market for one, I need to make my mind up pretty quick if I'm going to get an outgoing model!
