Finally back from warranty service 3 months later
Had sent it in for complete servicing but had to send it back in again because the tens date disc was misaligned - it was showing date of 32, 33, 34...
The chrono second hand also did not reset to zero.
Everything seems fine now!

Had been missing it especially since it had gone away for a full servicing, came back, and off it went again
There are 3 retrograde hands
The longest will sweep 1 to 10, the middle 11 to 20, the shortest 21 to 30. Then it starts all over
The hands are kept at the edges of the counter window
The hands are not hidden behind each other. At 10 minutes you are see both the long hand at the end of 0 to 10 and the middle hand at the start of 10 to 20 ...
Glad that you have this gorgeous watch back.
Nevertheless astonished that you had to send the watch back after the first service attempt : the problems that you mention should not have escaped a serious quality control.

This service was carried out in Hong Kong. However servicing by Glashutte - even the high complications department - is not immune to problems. I had to send one back before.
