The design of hands and dials can actually be much more complex than may first appear. Whatever, it is rarely random. On the Sea Q, however, the outer, 'horizontal', 5-minute/hour indices bear no functional relationship to the hour, minute or seconds hands. They're there for style only, which seems odd on such an ostensibly functional watch. (There are other oddities on this dial, but these indices are the most obvious.)

I'm a big fan of GO. However, the outer hour index on the Sea Q is a nightmare. Its size has no relationship to the hour hand and especially not to the seconds hand. So, neither can be read accurately.
