Recently I had the exciting opportunity to discover for the first time the SeaQ 39.5 blue and green. But more importantly, I was able to compare their visual attributes side by side at the same time in the same place. The blue is unmistakable in any light...

Between the two, the green has gotten the lions share of wrist time. We’ll see if the novelty wears off. But so far in the honeymoon period, the green is quite special

I’m a sucker for blue dial, but that green is subtle and attractive.

If the bracelet was lighter, thinner and tapered, I’d wear it. Unfortunately that’s a non starter for me. But the GO textile strap is sublime!

I’m excited to try the other colors GO has to offer in the future! The blue dial could pair well with navy or orange strap and green dial could pair well with black strap. Variety is the spice of life and it’s nice to know there are GO options other than ... 

because of the matte finish and less mainstream choice.

It checks all the Diver boxes for me. I agree, blue is an obvious and mainstream choice for a dive watch. Which makes the green more unique

Those are the same reasons that made me go for the reed green version, which is more understated. For the blue dial, the two-tone version would be my choice, if it wasn’t so expensive. The subtle gold accents complement the sun ray dial very well in that ... 

Perfect word to describe the green version - It is more understated for sure. But yet very confident. It doesn’t scream, “hey! Look at me!” Because it doesn’t have to. Under the radar, but makes a very clear, positive statement

I’m obsessed with SeaQ! We’ll see if my obsession requires me to keep both. Or if one will go in the future. But for now, I am enjoying both 😎

Looking good! I’ve noticed it almost looks grey in some lighting conditions. Black in others. And brilliant green in direct sun light! What an interesting chameleon! The vintage inspired matte dial is really the cherry on top
