I would try talking to GO direct...
I wouldn't like having the AD in the middle, playing a game of telephone. Even with good intentions the messages move slower and may get slightly changed.

it sounds tremendously frustrating, esp. to be charged when the watches are under warranty. perhaps it is bad luck though. you mention never having trouble with blancpains, but my brand new blancpain speed command had the rotor fall off after three months...
