Alternatives …
I have been thinking of a cushion-cased Panerai and the Vacheron Constantin Americaine 1921 for a while, but this square Sixties may be a viable alternative. Very stylish and the case picks up reflections in an interesting way. I think a galuchat strap could work as well.

Black--And Here's Why
Meenha has a good point about the white dial being a bit more versitile and the gold hands are striking againts the white dial. However if I am buying a chornograph in this league it is for legibility, which in my mind is a black dial.

The movement is the manufacture cal 39 movement . . .

I like them both for different reasons but i'm leaning towards the black dial. Then again the white dial looks classy... How about that sport evo Impact chrono in the case under the white watch...
