My 3rd G.O. and a group shot
I loved both the black dial and silver dial versions of this watch. One of the main reasons I opted for the silver is that there are a lot of nice black (or dark) dial sports watches that I like, whereas there aren't many silver (or light) dial watches that I like. The Yachtmaster was the only other desirable silver dialed sports watch to me, but I prefer the GO sport evo over it. So, it was a strategic move to have wider options to add another sports watch without my wife saying, "but you already have one just like it." Does that make sense?

One perpetual isn't enough, Devin . . .
. . . redundancy has it's merits . . . when my steel black dial Karree pereptual was under reconstruction at the manufactory, the steel grey dial Karree performed admirably in it's place. A backup perpetual can be useful in a pinch . . . cordially, Art
