Confusion with GO and the state of their collection

Wondering if the experts can chime in on their opinion.

First of all, I am a huge GO fan. From the PML, Senator Navigators, Senator Regulateurs etc.

But when I look at their website, and their collection, it just looks very haphazard, as though they completely changed their mind midway through executing a strategy.

Let me give an example, (photos from their website). This post was actually triggered by the new blue dial Senator Excellence P D MP. The blue dials on the non-Excellence version were only introduced a year or 2 ago, so are a pretty new watch in the GO lineup.

The look and feel is very similar obviously, the excellence with an updated movement. I do prefer the roman numerals of the first, but I believe the dial of the second. However, am I the only one that feels there is redundancy in the collection? The Issue I believe is the way they introduced the new Excellence sub line of the Senator series.

You also have the Senator Excellence PC, and the (non-Excellence?) PC.

I know the Senator PC has a good following here, and I just feel GO have sown some confusion into consumers. When one is called Excellence, and the other isn't, (and from a design standpoint they are too similar to be seen as distinct lines IMO), it feels as though they are devaluing their previous watches.

Would be interested to hear peoples opinions on this.
