Glashutte Original Singapore boutique official opening celebrations
This evening, some collectors and friends of GO were invited to the GO boutique in Singapore, at the Marina Bay Sands, for its official opening. This is the first GO boutique in South East Asia.
We started with cocktail at the boutique
Ribbon cutting with the host of the evening, Mr Yann Gamard, CEO of Glashutte Original
Traditional Chinese lion dance
PuristS don't just check out watches but also shoes. Ianny and me 
We then proceeded to Spago restaurant at the SkyPark of Marina Bay Sands for our dinner
For those of you who do not know, we have a pool right up at the top of Marina Bay Sands. Fantastic view from up here!
One of the stars of the evening, the new GO Senator Excellence with the new calibre 36
I love this black dial steel version. Reminds me a bit of Lange's PT 1815 anniversary edition but yet quite different with different fonts, superluminova and central sweeping seconds. Of course, a lot more affordable and accessible (regular production instead of LE )
Mr Gamard welcoming us for dinner. He is an excellent host I must say. I enjoyed his sense of humour a lot tonight
A fellow collector and a bro of mine attempting some watch making class after a few rounds of drinks. Brave man
3 PuristS and my wife doing a PuristS tradition. None of us have a GO watch and I think GO is targeting collectors like us!

During dinner I got to learn that each Senator Excellence timepiece is certified individually
All stats are recorded in the cert for each watch
Beautiful models with beautiful GO watches

My wife started to get excited when these arrived
The rose gold Senator Excellence is gorgeous! Very elegant

Artisanal chocolates by Janice Wong of Singapore
Excellent finishing on this skeletonized beauty!
And finally.... A total surprise for my wife and me... The GO team presented me a cake to celebrate my birthday! Yes today is the actual day

No one does a date watch as good as GO
