Really looking forward to additional instalments
Just a question here - the Ref. 7000 chronograph you didn’t go into in much detail. Any favourite versions (in addition to the one you own and have shown)?

Your Sea Hawk is a very cool version and I think also quite rare with the dots on the black dial. I have taken the liberty to add one of your pictures of your Sea Hawk. CC Photo MCG ...

Had no idea about these, and I am absolutely loving your SeaHawk. Keep these coming, the info they provide is invaluable to anyone who likes watches, whether GP specific or not.
Oh god.

Thank you for this post, CC! Yes, from the 7000 series I find the Sea Hawk 7100 the nicest. A good solid watch with a nice 80s/90s look and feel. Looking forward to more of these reports! Best Blomman
Thanks for sharing cc

Many thanks! Unfortunately,

the current collection has been stripped of the Sea Hawk and we are eagerly awaiting a new Diver in the collection. Let's hope for 2019.

G-P reference 7750
By: chippyfly : August 10th, 2018-06:57
I hope this is relevant and here is a picture of my G-P 7750. Only about 440 of these were produced around early to mid 1990's. ETA-based movement with small seconds at 6. Only WR to 30 metres but has a screw-down crown and diver-like, unidirectional beze...
Thank you - excellent article ...

... may i add, that GP also made 7000 series diver with a case diameter of 34 mm. On the picture out of the catalogue of 1994 on the left is the 38 mm model, in the middle and to the right are two 34 mm models. The 38 mm models had a water resistance of 5...
Many thanks Monti

the middle sized Sea Hawk is very rare as far as I know. It would be likely a boy or even a girl's watch. Do you know if it has a quartz movement? CC
