my S.F. Foudroyante....... !

Why ? I love the looks of this piece: long lugs, two subdial chrono layout, black dial. The white gold is a real pleasure: much warmer than steel ( as well as platinum, imho). Classic and simple. Simple ? Not realy ! And that's another reason I love it: it's movement. Two complications in one: a rattrapante and foudroyante chronograph. I know the base is a V7750 but as far as I have seen (thanks, Peter), there is not much left of the original movement...... The split seconds mechanism is very smooth, has a push piece integrated in the crown, where others use an extra piece at 10 or 7 (IWC, but also GP). Activating the foudroyante is a pleasure to watch time after time. You can get an impression by clicking here.

Best regards,

Mark
