To those that celebrate, I wish you a Happy Easter 🐣

Perhaps we can do one kind thing for a stranger today to make the world just that little bit better.

♥️

Laureato 8010
Pink Gold & Steel
Champagne Dial

36 mm case
44 mm lug-to-lug
7.9 mm height
100 meters WR

This is the FIRST mechanical GP Laureato ever made … in extremely low numbers for the 20th anniversary of the Laureato in 1995.

Personally designed by Luigi Macaluso, the owner of GP at the time. The 8010 was the first timepiece selected to house the newly developed ultra-thin Calibre 3100.

For those who know.

It works quite well on the 8010 IMHO. There is a certain “Italian flavor” that to it that says bold but I don’t care. ☺️ It was designed by an Italian after all 🇮🇹 👍🏻

Yes true

As a laureato fan especially… But these are not that easy to find. 2tone bracelet and the dial color. GP is an anomaly. Famous and yet not super famous. For a variety of reasons. As always, mainstream will start off at the production models and then event...

I appreciate its place in history

And it’s quite beautiful, but it wouldn’t be a watch I’d chase.

Thanks.

And this dial color is especially rare. Adds to the fun in collecting these type of pieces.

Fingers crossed for you. 🤞

The 8010 is the most rare and collective of all

I took the pics quite quickly today. The lighting was good. I wanted to show the champagne dial. The video is good too.
