Girard Perregaux

I purchased this Girard Perregaux Vintage 1945 (the photo) and the watch movement, which is in the back of the watch says 28-jewel 3300 movement. My question is: Is this movement has 27 jewels?...

The GP3300 with small seconds at 9 has 27 jewels. The version with a center second has 28.

Hi, Nice catch, I long thought about getting the same. I'm a bit hot on the Vintage 1945 line these days! I guess what is written on the watch is the right information, as answered already. Cheers Dje

Thank you both . I searched , and one thing is that this movement based on a GP 3300 , 27 jewels and anything else that the movement that have to be 28 jewels . The watch will not disappoint. Thank you both .

Hi, I thought that maybe the location of the small seconds (and perhaps also the date, but I doubt for the date) could change the number of jewels. Cheers Dje
