I do have a special connection to the Richeville 2750 Chronograph. It was my first GP I bought back in 1997 and it was truly love at first sight. Frankly, young me at that time had no idea but when I did my usual window shopping at the watch shops, this just had to come with me.
The following years, I educated myself more and more and also learned more about Girard-Perregaux while I enjoyed the Richeville 2750 most days. I did go off on a tangent for a while but surely came back to GP which is now my collecting theme and real passion.
So to remind me of all those years of pleasure, some fresh shots of the Richeville 2750. No borat photo-taking system this time to show the 3-dimensional case and the highly polished edges (hopefully).
So given that we just saw the rebirth of the Laureato, perhaps there is some hope that we will see a resurrection of the Richeville line? I would certainly love to see that one coming back.
