Friends, Yesterday Casey mentioned he likes both date and small seconds at nine, so of course I like to show him one of the current offerings from GP! Reference 49543 This one has the bigger size, 41 mm Pink Gold case. The 41 mm is also a bit thicker, 10....  

I had the opportunity recently to see this cognac dial in real in the shop window and I have to say, it's quite something. Not as versatile as a cream dial, but definetly beautiful. CC PS: Blomman seeing your wristshot of the 38mm 1966, I feel that 41mm w... 

The cream dial is easier to match, but this one really stands out! :) As for size, yes - have come to the exact same conclusion... Best Blomman

and reminds me that I do like small seconds at 9... I tend to agree with you that 41 might be a tad large depending on the individual, and in this case the crown seems a little more substantial than on a smaller version (e.g. 37/38)... the one possible dr... 

Yes, the smaller size have a smaller crown, but due to the case shape it is no trouble to operate the crown even on the smaller one! Will explain in my final review of the GP 1966. Best Blomman

I crossed paths with the Palladium again and this time I made no mistake... (",) I don't think I'm ready for it yet so I'm keeping it in the safe for when I'm old enough. Strangely, I can see this being my only watch when I'm in my 60s!
