I love how they used Alexandrite colored sapphire, that blueish purple type really sets the watch off, blends wonderfully with the rose gold chatons. Reminds very much of my favorite watches of all time- incidentally, the GP three gold bridges pocketwatch...

A strong endorsement from Vlad himself! I am even more intrigued by the GP MR! The original Laureato sapphire 3 bridges is my preference when compared to this new blue version, but I wouldn't kick the blue sapphire version out of bed so to speak! LOL! Che...

Agreed with Vlad, Girard Perregaux is one of the big winner of this SIHH, with Audemars Piguet. (you can add JLC and Parmigiani with some interesting models) I was a bit concerned by this big size, but from but from what I have seen and heard, it is FAN-T... 

...was my favorite novelty of the show by far. I honestly think you could wear this watch to the office daily. It's just that understated and elegant! Cheers, Daos
