This child is grossly overweight and is quite likely to get into trouble sooner or later. Nothing against some spoiling now and then, but this is irresponsible parental behaviour.

Please dont get me wrong. It is not the gelato's mistake . single or double scoop is not spoiling by any means. Perhaps in the case of kids we should encourage more sports and balanced healthy diet, less fried junk (yet still including gelato for me)
I agree but also disagree.
Yes, the child does not appear health. Certainly needs to eat healthy and get more exercise. If he continues to be overweight he will have serious problem in life. I don’t think he is eating 2 ice cream cones. One is well eaten. Probably his. And he keeps...
My advice to the little one would be..
.. if you are a little bit on the fat side: 1. See it coming 2. Let it go 3. If you are pissed on, pretend it is rain 4. As you get older people will think you have actually earned it
