With a tablespoon of butter for richer flavor. It doesn't take much butter and oil - about a spoon of each for a whole skillet. You want to do the "melting down" of the mushrooms for about 15 minutes before adding the lubricants. And only a tablespoon or ... 

A good thing of cooking mushrooms is that they don’t need much time, they are practical to prepare, so healthy and delicious! Thanks again for sharing a wonderful recipe! René
