No fish broth, but how about A Fish Pie?
Favorite “use up the extra fish” dish in England, we made our own last night.
I didn’t take pictures of the whole process but the recipe is pretty simple.
Boil some potatoes first, then take out potatoes (save the hot water) and mash them with butter and/or olive oil.
Cut up Seafood of various sorts, we used rock fish, salmon, scallops and shrimp and put in a large baking dish.
Add some frozen peas and pour in the hot water from the potatoes. Let sit to partially cook the seafood.
Make a white sauce (flour, milk, butter, white pepper & salt).
Drain off most of the water and add the white sauce to the baking dish.
Sometimes we put in hard boiled eggs for a surprise but not last night.
Take small spoons of the mashed potatoes and create a loose, textured cap on the fish.
Sprinkle with a little Paprika on top for interest and color.
Bake for 35-40 minutes 375-400° F
Grate a little Parmesan cheese on top and back in the oven another 10 minutes.

Find some suitable dishes.

Serve!
We love fish pie.

PS - previously documented fish pie, where I used corn and peas plus smoked and fresh fish with bay shrimp:
