From the Butcher....

Some steaks tonight, not beef but tuna.  Corn was grilled but basted with a miso honey sauce.  Almost went with a white wine, but this premier cru burgundy paired well with the grilled Tuna.

That globemaster is always a stealth favorite of mine. Fly under the radar, but has nice style and movement. Great watch.

Yummmmmmm……

And a fine timepiece 👍

I grilled a tuna steak for the first time last week . . .

. . . (above my arm, left of the vintage Omega) . . . . . . but cooked it practically all the way thru. How long do you leave the steak on the grill? Art ...

Sorry Art - just seen your reply..

They were substantial sized tuna steaks - each I would guess 1/3 pound. However I cooked them on a really hot grill for about 3 mins or less each side.

Grilled a tuna steak last week in aluminum foil . . .

. . . marinated with the juice of a sour orange plucked from a tree in our back yard and Italian olive oil plus Cajun seasoning. On the grill ~ 15 minutes, turned out to be more tender than my first attempt. Art
