I decided to just ignore the theme or whatever food pairing and drink what please me. Maybe was abit ambitious considering there were only 4 of us Merry Christmas to all Tyler ...

They look fabulous and a fairly eclectic spread. I'm sure they drank very well. My tipple for Christmas was more low brow---a Russian blanc from th Black Sea which had nose suggestive of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris and a relatively austere palate with rece...
