Many Korean pronunciations can't be spelled out in English. And vice versa. For example Seoul. Everyone who speaks English says "soul". The correct pronunciation is "suh-ool" Seo is suh and ul is ool. Japanese is easier to spell out in English in that res... 

I give two thumbs up! Looks great. I sometines make it with Bulgogi instead of fish cakes. Gives it a different yet still delicious flavor.

But need to give my wife a day or two to recover from the spiciness before I attempt Korean again 😉
