This model/reference is gorgeous

The entire Journe collection of watches are all beautiful with a range starting at three hand relatively uncomplicated then technically increasing all the way up to super complicated and horologically groundbreaking pieces.  NOT talking about money value - I'm talking about the range of engineering, innovation and technical complexity.  Do Journe enthusiasts/collectors regard this particular Chrono Optimum reference as the 'first' very technically interesting model as one progresses up the Journe range of complication?  If this watch does not fit that description then what would be the first horologically important reference as you proceed up the Journe range of simple to complicated?  Not talking about grail or hype or dial/movement beauty - but the first horologically significant engineering accomplishment.  As you proceed up the Journe range which is the first reference that a Journe enthusiast or collector would say "Ok, now this particular watch represents a significant jump."
