Sharing my new acquisition Waiting for a journe piece has been a painful yet sweet process. But the excitement of receiving it triumphs the “pain”. Onto the next one! ...  

The lighting or white balance on my phone has the center of the dial peach color vs the whiter area where the numerals are. Is that the RG case reflecting onto the center section or it’s a different color?

It is in fact a mother of pearl dial. I quote from the website "centre in whitened guilloché Silver with outer ring in blue mother of pearl".

Truthfully, the Elegante would likely fit my lifestyle better going forward. But I’m not convinced yet. My wife and I almost went halves on one in late 2019, but in the end she wasn’t enamored enough to get it over the finish line.

Eyeing for the RG version as well but this was the one that arrived. I guess we don’t really have many choices nowadays hahah (joking I love this one too!)

But I’m pretty sure the next one won’t be as speedy

MOP dial is indeed my fav dial and I’m really lucky to be able to get one!

A CS MOP. It’s one of the nicest MOP dials I know. Very subtle but adds an extra something to the dial. Big love ❤️ I was lucky to play with this one 3 years ago. At that time you could just walk right in from the street and buy it. How things have change...  

hahahah yes! Thanks Christian. When i got this account back and saw the msgs between us two years ago - we did talk about the MOP dial a little bit=) and two years later I finally received one!
