Never
davidlu,
Woah! That is not a good thing to have. Place the watch carefully down flat and step away from it. That loose part must never be allowed to slide around while the movement is moving.
This needs sending back to FPJ for repair and checking that nothing was damaged during the first passage of that part through the tourbillon cage. It would be a miracle to have no damaghe if the cage was rotating.......
The caseback special screwheads are designed to prevent opening by non-authorised technicians....obviously they did their job
They are not available to non-FPJ watchmakers. Currently, there is one watchmaker from Tokyo being trained in Geneva who may return to Tokyo boutique; then - we may find one of these special screwdrivers in Tokyo......
Regards,
MTF
