I agree, those two look identical. Would you happen to have the lug to lug height of the CS by any chance?

After I traded in my CB, now I have only 38 and 40mm FPs. While there is visible difference between 38 and 40....IMO the difference between the 39mm CB and my other 40mm FPs is absolutely negligible. My wrist is 6.75"....but I can tell you that because of... 

At this point I don't have a strong preference for either size. I'd go for a brass movement 38mm, so I'll keep an eye out for one unless I get allocated a 40mm AN. That would have be to for 2027 at the very least, though. I love you collection btw! Lookin... 

While both are 40mm on paper, automatique does wear slightly larger. Having said that it fits perfect on my 6.5 inch wrist (photo attached as well). ...  

That Automatique is gorgeous, especially on that strap, and it really does suit your wrist very well. I would imagine that would be much more apparent seeing it in the 3rd person.

So if you have an opportunity to get one, just do it!

I think I will go for a 38mm for the time being if I can find one decently priced, and reassess if I get allocated a 40mm.

I have been watching his reviews for a while, but the L2L measurements of the 40mm Journe watches he reviews are all over the place from under 47mm to over 48mm.
