I do agree with you.
From many aspects, it certainly IS a remarkable watch. The movement is absolutely gorgeous, the fit and finish is outstanding... I just think that there are many other FP models that are a lot more beautiful than this.

About the CF felt I it was too stark. Too black. Too much of one thing. I’m a bit more on the fence now but not over. The movement is one of his most beautiful. The proportions of the watch are perfect.

At the risk of sounding a bit rude
It reminds me of my early teenager years playing with matte spray paint cans, blacking out parts on my bike/motorcycle.
Not rude but you also have to understand that you don’t understand this material until you see it in real and feel it.
