Great options you have...

I dont know if you already know. But the Centigraphe was discontinued the end of last year. So that would probably be last call if you want to buy it new. I am a huge fan of that watch. I find it both beautiful,  a higly original take on a chronograph and also importantly - playfull and charming.

The Optimum is a very important watch for FPJ. In my personal opinion, it could become a great classic. It combines aspects of watchmaking that have been essential to Journe, in trying to achieve the best possible Chronometry: The double barrel system, the remontoir dEgalite to deliver a constant force to the escapement and finally using a Natural Escapement.

I think - in this case - get the one that sings to you, and trust in that -  is the very best advice. You cant go wrong either way.

Let us know what you decide.

best
Christian

I didn’t know that the centigraphe was going to be discontinued. That makes a possible decision even more difficult.
