Got a chance to see the grand Daddy of my Resonance.
Had a great time visiting the Patek Philippe Museum yesterday.
Also remarkable to see was the predecessor of my FPJ - RN - the Resonance clock made by Antide Janvier in 1810.
Very special to see the predecessor of my PP 5070J - the ref. 2512.
It was also cool to see the first pocket watch from early 1950s, made in Germany.

Janvier is far less mentioned than Breguet,
but the more I explore the world of horology, the more I cross his name and creations... Thanks for sharing (but didn't you forget the last pic, as I see no pocket watch? If yes, add it as a comment and I'll place it into the post. Best, Emmanuel

I placed the pocket watch at the end and fixed the orientation of two photos.

I think there's some sort of quirk in the software here. I know... It was the enamel tall clock that was showing flipped horizontally, although in my phone it was vertical, so I'm not sure why it got flipped here and all the other images did not get turne...

What is the time limit on editing a post. I've noticed that the *edit* option appears at the beginning but then it disappears. Thank you.
The limit is 30 minutes during which
you can edit your post. When you add a photo to your post, it is sometimes tilted on the import interface and you have the possibility to rotate it before uploading (just press the three bars button on the upper left corner and choose the correct rotation...
