Fun weekend in Miami handling some very rare and special FPJ pieces....
Made a quick Miami trip this weekend to visit a good friend who was visiting from Europe,which of course turned into a proper horological pilgrimage.
Stopped by to see another friend Garrett at G&G Timepices in downtown Miami and spent some quality time drooling over an absolutely ridiculous lineup of F.P. Journe pieces — plus plenty of other mechanical temptation along the way in his store.
Also popped into the MIA F.P. Journe boutique to say hello and admire some modern "display only" pieces 🙄😊
Nothing like seeing these masterpieces in the metal to remind you why independent watchmaking hits different.

these were at G&G.... I could have bought every single one...
..... unfortunately I forgot my money printing machine at home 🙄😎 At the FP boutique I tried on Optimum, Gino's Dream Titalyt and the new Furtif.
My favorite was the Ruthenium Résonance.....hands down 😎
.....followed closely by Ruthenium Calendrier, Black Label Centigraphe and Vagabondage.
