Yesterday I was at NYC Journe. Sales advisors are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t have previous purchase history but was treated like an old customer. Most importantly, I got the chance to experience some incredible timepieces. You can imagine how exciting that can be for a watch nerd like me. Hope I can own one soon.

Im so happy to hear that you enjoyed it. FPJ staff are very well trained and most often very genuine and kind.

Wow that Octa Lune on the bracelet is to die for. I’ve never seen it with the rose gold bracelet before. Extremely rare and beautiful.

Indeed “genuine and kind” which is not very common in my visits to other ADs.

And yes, RG lune on bracelet is stunning!

really nice to hear you had a good time at the FPJ...

My last experience at the Geneva boutique was rather short, to say the least. I almost ran out when the started using the iPad and words like "closed lists", if they were open it would take "decades" Its not the sales peoples fault i guess, its just the special times we leave in right now. c'est la vie

Sorry to hear that.

Yesterday NYC folks were also straightforward with me that 2022 were sold out already. But I at least feel hopeful that they encouraged me to try for 2023 and 24. Anyway, please give another visit to other Journe boutiques and it may surprise you.
