I was coincidentally in contact with the Paris boutique yesterday- so I asked them specifically about your question.
The rules are: 2 pieces of each model can be ordered pr year at each bouique. Since there are 9 boutiques there could theoretically be 18 pieces of this model pr year. I was also told that this is only in theory.
In reality there are much less of each. I was also told that they are quite transparent the numbers if you are an owner. You are welcome to contact a boutique and ask them the number produced your for your model, and they could find out for you.

That is 20 pieces for one model. In total however, if you had 10 boutiques that means a max of 120 black dials per year. It doesn't becomes 1 of 2 once you run the numbers lol
I think still limited to 2 of each specific model for each boutique, I believe.
Total black dials, all models, added across all boutiques is as you say, I think!
