This is a custom strap but Journe makes a calf strap for the Tourbillon Vertical
I would get in touch with Jean Rousseau who can make straps to exact Journe specs. They supply FPJ with custom straps. Also A Collected Man offer some very nice looking straps for Journe watches. I never tried these though.

They did it for me in London without any problems. Ive heard it before but it seems erratic.
