Absolutely not disfavored and rare even
The Divine is basically the same watch as what is now called the Automatiqe lune but with a different dial. The Divine dial variant was never as popular as the regular version. I guess just because the layered dial was just a more outlandish design. If you ask me, I think it is super interesting and beautiful. Ow I would say it has a stronger FPJ dna. Something I would love to have in my watch collection. And if you can get it in the very attractive 38 mm - even more so. Taste is subjective but I would pick this one in a heartbeat over the other variations.

Many years ago, I was lucky to have several FP Journe pieces. Alas, as many of us do, I moved on to other pieces, unfortunately before the market for FPJ skyrocketed. I am now, however, considering a return to the brand by getting a model I’ve never owned...

My dad owns this exact model--bought from an AD somewhere around 2006. I thus have been trying to keep an eye out for info on it, but nothing! I never see it mentioned.

I don't think there are any "disfavored" Journes.
It's just that most of the conversation revolves around the manual winders. Journe's automatic movement is a true wonder. Don't hesitate to grab this one if you really like it.

Ultimately, I decided to pass on this one. It’s a beautiful watch, but I was just too much on the fence to take the plunge. Hopefully someone who knows they love it will get it! All the comments from the forum were very helpful.
My rule is I only buy watches that I feel I can’t live without and that keep me awake at night
