Yeah my usual time. I start about 3 AM. This is the first part, the rest is outdoors and often continues till after sunrise. This way I beat the heat out here in the tropics.
Scratches don't bother me on my daily use watches
They get used for a lot more than these workouts that puts them at greater risk. And if I can't use a watch designed for daily use for my daily use then there is no point having it.
Thatās a great attitude! Use it and donāt worry too much about it.
I guess I fall into the āpreservationistā camp of watch wearers. I even try to avoid scratches and dents on my luggage.

You are kind to say so. My luggage is dented beyond belief! I do try and keep my dress watches pristine but most often fail at that as well.

I do tend to get up early! I wear one on each wrist (Garmin on one and whatever else on the other) if I'm doing resistance training though.
I canāt get past the early start. I do early starts also, but not THAT early.
I also tend to double wrist, Garmin on one and Apple Watch (cell phone) on the other. But two on the same wrist never was comfortable for me.

They're on the same wrist as a matter of practicality so that I can check the stats and time at a glance.
