I was in the Miami area this weekend on business and stopped by the Journe boutique during my free time. Wow, what a set up! The boutique is the most beautiful of any brand I've ever been in. It has a full bar, an outdoor area to smoke cigars, a pinball m...  

And compelling selection of watches. Clearly, they are offering more than a lot of other retailers.... Cheers, Filip

On display were owned by the GM of the store. I was surprised too when I saw all of the watches available to view. None of them were for sale!

The Miami boutique is much classier than the Tokyo boutique, which isn't shabby, but doesn't have a pinball machine. Ha. I assume the watches on your wrist were for show. I am still on the waitlist for a Lune in PG, which I hope will come sometime next ye... 

That is a smart detail. And the whole space is impressive. It seems to have an AP House sort of setup, perhaps. I’ll bet the staff were all amazing too. Thanks for sharing this inside look.

The pinball machine was really neat but so was the bar and cigar area as well. They do four events a month at this boutique which is pretty cool.

I heard it was customized and donated to the boutique by one of the collectors. ...  

They obviously have a very good feel about the needs of their local clientele!

This is a place I’d love to visit. Glad you enjoyed your time there.

Of any brand that I have ever been to. If your ever visiting Miami you need to stop in. They also mentioned that the NYC boutique is moving down to Soho in October and the new space is going to be spectacular as well. The Miami location though is going to...

Is it retail...is it hospitality...who is to say? I remember visiting the Bal Harbour boutique in 2013 and the staff treated me with great respect, despite my intention to only showcase the watches for my blog. It's wonderful to see the brand thrive today...
