$4k is about right. imho. The FPJ is a very lovely wall clock, but pricing is..... FYI: i got the Patek 5110 Wall Clock for $10k from my AD back in the day. It was quartz, too, and YES the World Time feature did function.
Had to change the 5 to 10 year lifecycle battery 'pack', some soldering in a few new bits, and all was great again.
