Would like to identify this Rolex...
Good afternoon Rolex Doctors, I have had this Rolex for about 15 years, it belonged to my step father. I have searched the net more times than I can remember but have not been able to find the exact dial and hands. I had the plexy changed about 2 months ago as the original broke and as you can see on the pics I need to change it again as this one is awful, very hard to find things down here

The reference is engraved between the lugs...
...probably 6084 or near. The movement should be A296, same as the bubbleback
I did look between the lugs but didn't see any number...
