Why is the tourbillon consider a shock reduction device in RM?
I keep reading about it and how Richard Mille throws his watch on the floor to show how shock resistant it is. But I have never read about the technicals why. What makes it's construction different from other tourbillons?

How about Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Concept watch? The one they claim can withan 50Gs of shock. How did they come about this?
