Vintage plexi

Hello to all Rolex enthusiasts

My name is René Rodríguez from Mexico City.

I have been wandering arround rolex.watchprosite from some time ago,

learning from all of you and enjoying all your posts and pictures.

This is going to be my first but not last (I hope) contribution I think.

So please, excuse me in advance for any mistake.

I've been keeping myself away from modern rolexes, but then I found vintage ones, OH MY!

The other night I was checking on watchprosite while wearing one of my last acquisitions,

then I realized how beautiful and addicting is rolex vintage plexi.

Whether in dim light or sunlight, when it gets a small rainbow.

The moon light reflecting on it's crystal, plexi crystal.

Well, truth be told, it is my computer's reflection (Ha ha!)

Sorry! I was just feeling a little bit poetic

What makes you realize you've caught watch craziness (I mean, watch Coo-coo)?

It is when you start to you look at your watch and get that smile upon your face...

So, speaking about poetry, here's my humble attempt:

As the moon is coming out
I wonder what time is it
so I look down, just find...
something magical on my wrist.

From what I read you really got infected by the Vintage Rolex virus. It will require a lot of work, time, and sacrifices, but it is, in my opinion, worth it, if you compare all that with the pleasure you'll get. Take your time and enjoy each step of this ...
