The Master Moon dial plays with light...
The play of light on the dial gives a lot of different appeances, and is endlessly fascinating...
Straight on view, but the gold hands are reflecting the dark background of the tent opening, so appear black. Not so much skill with the lighting 
Somewhat better - gold surfaces mostly shining, but now there is glare on the crystal that has to be fixed in photoshop...
Getting there - but at this angle the date indicator appears to be off center (3D effect, I suppose). Aaargh!
But I think the three pictures above capture some of the moods of the dial.
Let's not forget that beautiful movement, and how it changes with the play of light. And a 1000 mark banknote for the 1000 hour Master Control!
The swirl of the movement looks like it might be forecasting for Hurricane Irene, due to hit the East Coast of the US in a few days
Well, I hope I'm not overdoing it here with my Master Moon. The newest watch gets the most camera time, I suppose!

Not much skill?..
Looking great to me, perhaps the watch is photogenic . I prefer this model than the master calendar, the dial seems to be more balance with the day and month at the center but that's just me. RK
The MM is photogenic...
Can't take a really BAD picture of it but trying to capture all the beauty in one shot is a challenge. It helps to be compulsive!
