The Hourstriker
Here is my rose gold Ulysse Nardin Hourstriker Ref. 756-88. This piece is not often seen, and perhaps even less so with the lapis lazuli dial. No one does "blue" like UN I feel, and here is another variation on the theme. I bought this piece through a long time AD relationship years ago and fretted over this dial or the black onyx -- it is a bit flashier, but certainly more unique. I enjoy the striking "en passant" or on demand when I feel like listening to it.

I, too, prefer the lapis lazuli over the onyx ...
... the deep black onyx offers a very strong contrast with the automatons on the dial, but the glitter of the lapis lazuli perfectly complements the playful theme of the watch. Regards, Marcus
