I know that it's just a question of supply and demand and that nobody has the crystal ball, but I was impressed by seeing the 5712 in steel reaching the sky-high mark of 50k euros on some popular marketplace.
I remember that just 5 years ago I was offered a a 3710 for 17k and I kindly declined....
Is this a bubble? Is this sustainable? Again, just supply and demand...

I agree, Nautilus is today a status symbol, also because the so-called intrinsical value is not different - if not lower - from other top time pieces (I.e. a 5711 commands far higher prices than a 3940j)
