True watch lovers wait to get their piece from an AD. Paying way over the premium to a dealer (most likely in cash) is the perfect way to hide the money. Properties are too risky and obvious, plus all the upkeeps. In some respect the ever increase of the price in the grey market is devaluing these wonderful pieces for me.

I agree, Nautilus is today a status symbol, also because the so-called intrinsical value is not different - if not lower - from other top time pieces (I.e. a 5711 commands far higher prices than a 3940j)
