Straps for our Pams
With the latest 2011 collection yet to appear in boutiques or AD, I have been giving some of my pams a new look. That is changing over to either OEM or original strap from boutique to give it a new look. Personally I prefer the Panerai 24/22 size strap so that I can use the same buckle or deployment clasp. IMO, I don't quite like the large buckle that comes with OEM strap, and they do not have the word Panerai on it. Without a large wrist size, some of the OEM strap do not look right on my wrist, so I prefer the ones from Panerai.
I have new brown strap now on my Pam026K, Pam292 & Pam219. I will post some photos soon.
May be readers can share their favorite pam + strap and let us see how it reflect on the watch.

I actually have pics from yesterday at my dealer next to a 339, I'll uplaod if your interested..? The 339 makes the 292 look small..!! LOL. I'm biased but I like the look of the 292 better but I like the 8 day movement of the 339. Yours, Andy.
yeah. i always thought the 22mm
was Big enough and anything Bigger would look Odd. but that Changed after i bought the 1st 47mm Radiomir and started using the 24 and 26mm with the Straps. Now i have No use for the 22mm Panerai Buckle .! ( but i use other 22mms for my Pilot Watches). Kee...
Unfortunately the strap maker doesn't use this same exact leather anymore
It's a 5 year or so strap model, so the current straps doesn't have the same look or texture anymore since strap maker uses different batches of leather nowadays. - AT
