but soon my close-by friend is getting one, and then I will shoot in more ideal circumstances.

this is the nicest of the post-3940 models, but that cluttered magnified/shrunken date display always leaves me wondering if Stern let his grandkids draw that part.

I love when they put the size appropriate caliber in a case. Looks terrific.

The "3940 variants" have not done much for me in the past, but this one is striking all around.

.. let me ask you, PP fans (which I am not ) What is so great about this 5550? I could get one if I ask the owner who will get one because he is the preferred customer at some AD but not really interested. I am not that impressed, either, compared to Laur...

3940 / 5140 much more. However, the tone of your questions was not nice and respectful. It was like I would ask somebody: "Are you still beating your wife? Just answer yes or no !" Best, Kari

I don't want it either. I had an opportunity to get it from the Salon but I was not interested. The reason why I was not interested was that I do not like the dial as much as say 5140P. However, the different dial might be somebody really loves and the ma...
