Sardinathon the first, and some anchovies thrown in, too 🐟

 

Some days ago I seem to have used the term sardinathon in one of the food posts and Mike (Cazalea) was quite taken with it. So I knew I had to deliver 😁


Here some of the sardines that I got in bulk last winter for a flavor πŸ˜‰























These are not all but at least the ones I could quickly find scanning through the pictures. 

And while I was at it. Two shots of some anchovy experimentation from the same timeframe for Abel (and anyone else interested). Sadly stracciatella is rarely available locally and with mozzarella or burrata it’s not quite the same πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
