Some days ago I seem to have used the term sardinathon in one of the food posts and Mike (Cazalea) was quite taken with it. So I knew I had to deliver π
And while I was at it. Two shots of some anchovy experimentation from the same timeframe for Abel (and anyone else interested). Sadly stracciatella is rarely available locally and with mozzarella or burrata itβs not quite the same π€·π»ββοΈ
