Richard Mille Warranty Issues HELP!

Hi guys, so recently my RM010 is having issues with its power reserve, and the watch slows down, which I believe it needs to be service for the first time (overhaul&oiling).

I bring the watch to my local Richard Mille's AD in Indonesia, and they insisted me to ship the watch to the nearest Service Centre in Singapore, since it is still under warranty. So I drop my watch right away to them, to let them handle the issues.

About two or three days later, they called me and told me that there will be likely charges upon servicing my RM010 (couple grand). They told me that my warranty is not valid, since there is no address stated in the warranty form. However, it does have an area code (e.g. "F10") stated where it was purchased, and it is also dated accordingly. I asked them to try to help me to track down where it was purchased, but they deny it since it was not purchased in ASIA. I am really upset that I need to pay additional charges for servicing my RM, when its still under warranty. Specially to know that servicing costs for RM is tends to be very pricy.

For more info upon where the watch was purchased, I bought it off from a local guy in my home country. I tried to call him, but he didn't respond to my phone call. Actually I just bought the RM010 for less than a week, and I notice that there were issues with its power reserves. I am just upset, since I admire Richard Mille for quite a long time, and now as I get the opportunity to acquired one, this things happened. I am totally considering to sell the watch after service, because I am really scared that these kind of things will likely occur some other time.

My concern is that, does anyone ever have the exact same issue as mine? do you get this problem solved? if so, please help me how sad.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thank you for your time.
